1. 公司股东

新《好顺佳人民共和国公司法》规定，公司注册时必须有一位股东（投资者）。一位股东投资成立的公司属于一人有限公司，也可以是两位或以上的股东投资注册公司。公司注册时，需提交并验资股东的身份证原件。
